Pandora Hearts

May 28, 2009

ps oneesan gil och kanske Jack Bezarius är mina

ps oneesan gil och kanske Jack Bezarius är mina

This anime is like a mix of other  different  animes. it’s a 2009 anime

It reminds of:

chron crusade– a contract between a human and a demon. And a watch that counts down to the end.

Tsubasa chronicles – lost memories. A search for lost fragments of the memories.

Rozen maiden– a  arrogant girl is the master.

ouran high school host club–  the main man character is childish.

I’m sure that Pandora heart reminds of other animes to. But it was this that I thought of then I was watching Pandora heart. I like the story line in this anime even if this anime reminds of other. And it’s well animated. The voice fits well whit the characters.

Oz Bezarius, heir to one of the duke houses, has just turned fifteen. His life is rich and carefree, darkened only by the constant absence of his father. At his coming-of-age ceremony, however, everything changes. For no reason that he can discern, he’s cast into the prison known as the “Abyss”, only to be saved by a “chain” known as Alice, the bloodstained black rabbit. The mystery there begins as Oz unravels the mystery behind Alice, the Abyss and the strange organization known as Pandora. The series features heavy references to Lewis Carroll’s “Alice in Wonderland” and can be considered both fantasy and mystery.

Main Characters

Bezarius Household

Oz Bezarius (オズ ベザリウス, Ozu Bezariusu)

The main character of the story. A 15 years old boy with the height of 162cm and blond hair and green eyes from the prestigious Bezarius family of which his father is the head. The story of Pandora Hearts starts when Oz turns fifteen. During the ceremony to celebrate this reaching of adulthood, he is dragged into the Abyss for the sin of ‘existing’. There he meets the chain named Alice and makes a contract with her.

Alice (アリス, Arisu)

The tsundere type heroine of the story with the height of 160cm. Alice first appears as a chain that Oz forms a contract with in the Abyss. In fact, she is actually the infamous B-rabbit (Bloodstained Black Rabbit), the strongest chain in the Abyss. Alice’s goal is to find her lost memories, which play a major role in the story. In human form, Alice has long dark brown hair with 2 side plaits. She has a huge appetite and loves meat especially. She is hotheaded, loud spoken and says what she thinks without regard to consequence. Despite this, she has a soft side, especially when Oz is involved. She hates when Oz leaves her alone, but to hide it she usually says, “I’m in a contract with you. You are my manservant, and as a manservant, what were you thinking, leaving me behind!?” or just hits Oz and says “Shut up”.

A spate of mafia assassinations occurs in America, the work of the mysterious organization named Inferno. “Phantom” is their most strongest and capable assassin, however a lone tourist witnesses Phantom’s latest act of murder. He unwittingly exposes the top assassin’s true identity, a young girl named Ein. Witnesses are usually killed, but the man is captured and taken to be brainwashed into “Zwei”, Inferno’s newest assassin, with no memory of who he is. From this point on, Zwei is drawn into a world of conspiracy, deceit and violence.

(Summaries provided by ANN and AniDB)

Main Characters

Zwei (Reiji)

The title character of the story, Zwei was a perfectly ordinary tourist from Japan, before witnessing an Inferno assassination in America and being kidnapped. He was able to elude his pursuers long enough for them to realize he had a natural survival instinct that was perfect for an assassin. He had his memory erased through a combination of drug and hypnotherapy. The name Zwei is simply a code name to show he is the second experimental assassin created by Scythe Master. Through Claudia, one of the three top executives of Inferno, Zwei is able to learn his true identity as Reiji Azuma. When he returns to Japan, he goes back to using this name. When his killing intent shows, in the anime, his eyes turn green with orange in the center.

Ein (Elen)

An assassin with such skill she was given the codename “Phantom”, a designation given only to the best killer in Inferno. She was found by Scythe Master and was his first test subject to be given his assassin-processing treatment. She has no memories of her past and is incredibly apathetic. When she escapes to Japan, she changes her name to Elen and claims to be Reiji’s twin sister. A long and rigorous investigation by Elen and Reiji traces her history back to Ulan Bator, Mongolia, and though the trail manages to stop there, Elen is able to find some peace in the area. In the OVA, she is shown to have an older brother, and it is suggested the village where she lived was massacred.

Higashi No Eden

This anime is a 2009 anime. I like the story line and the voices and the drawings is ok.  This anime is up load on anime season on Thursday or Friday or Saturday. I like the  Opening theme and the Ending theme. Sometimes is Akira Takizawa reminding me of L from death note. I don’t know why^^’ so don’t ask me.

On November 22, 2010 ten missiles strike against uninhabited areas of Japan, claiming no victims. This apparent terrorist act is referred to as “Careless Monday” and disregarded by most people. The series begins three months later, with a young Japanese woman named Saki Morimi visiting Washington D.C. as part of her graduation trip. When she gets into trouble, a mysterious Japanese man, who introduces himself as Akira Takizawa, helps her through it. The man appears to have no memory and is completely naked, carrying only a gun and a cell phone charged with 8.2 billion yen in digital money.[1] The cell phone has the phrase, noblesse oblige (“nobility obligates” or “noble’s obligation” in English), printed on it. While they are coming back to Japan, they learn that a new missile attack has taken place in their country.
